If you are looking at fitting hi steer to your hilux this is the solution for you.
We have put a kit together that remove the guess work and strengthens the front rails in the hilux, getting them ready for shock towers, bump stop mounts and anything else you may want to mount, while also providing a mounting location for an IFS steering box.
This suits a FLAT PITMAN ARM
Kit Includes
2 Outer chassis plates (drive and passenger)
Crush tubes for IFS steering box
Inner chassis plate
Top plate to box out the chassis.
We have pushed the steering box mounts as far forward as possible without cutting into the radiator support, while also providing as much clearance for uptravel as possible, with the tie rod nut hugging the chassis. It uses two factory captive nuts in the chassis to locate making fitment super easy.
This kit is designed to work perfectly with our shock towers to suit an ln106 with 13" shocks. The towers self align on the chassis plates so you can be sure they're in the right spot when fitting
