Shipping policy
We aim to ship most orders within 3 business days when the item is in stock (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. however, all items may be made to order so please allow for a 1 week lead time or 2 weeks in the case of powder coated products. If concerned, please feel free to contact us before purchase via phone (024604278) during business hours or at our email (info@kinselaskustoms.com.au) and we can confirm if a product will be available to ship immediately. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped (as long as you provide an email address for contact). Some items are exclusively made to order, namely bull bars, rear bars, SAS kits, etc. the estimated lead times for these products are in the item description.
If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you with an ETA on more stock arriving and are happy to issue with a refund if the wait time is too long.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kinselaskustoms.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Larger Objects
the description of some of our larger items (bullbars, rear bars, sas kits, flipped arm diffs, etc.) may say that they are too large for household delivery- this is because they must be be packed on a pallet for shipping. If you have access to a business address with a forklift available, please provide it as the shipping address (including the business name) if not, we will ship your product to the closest BIG POST depot to your location- if when booking we find it is a significant distance between you and your closest depot, we will get in contact to give you some options and double check your preferences.
in the case of ALL large items postage, please provide your email address as well as your best contact number for the freight company to make the delivery as seamless as possible. this data will not be collected for any advertising usage.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Our Larger items cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes, please let us know if you are not sure and we can look into it for you or perhaps change to another address.
